On March 8th, our company celebrated International Women’s Day with a meaningful and creative activity for our female colleagues. To mark the occasion, we invited a professional florist to our office to lead a flower arrangement workshop. Guided step by step, employees learned about choosing flowers, matching colors, and shaping designs. Laughter and creativity filled the room as each participant crafted a beautiful bouquet to take home, bringing both joy and a touch of nature into their daily lives.
To further honor this special day, the company also offered a half-day paid leave in the afternoon, giving our female employees the chance to spend more time with their families, friends, or simply themselves.
This celebration was more than just a workshop—it was a heartfelt gesture of appreciation. It allowed everyone to relax, discover new skills, and feel the warmth of being valued. By creating such moments, our company continues to show care and respect for the women who play an essential role in our success and community.
